Which plans include dots?
Per OpenAI’s Introducing dots and Getting started with your dot:
- ChatGPT Pro — rolling out in eligible markets (see markets below).
- Business Premium — across all supported ChatGPT regions.
- Enterprise (including Edu and Healthcare) — beta when a workspace admin enables it; initially off by default.
Your first dot is included in Pro or Business Premium at no extra cost. OpenAI plans to expand to more users later. Specialist dots for organizations are a separate enterprise preview.

Market notes for Pro
Help Center wording (as of the launch articles): dots roll out to Pro users in markets excluding the European Economic Area, Switzerland, and the UK for now. Business Premium remains available across supported ChatGPT regions. Gradual rollout means your account may take several days. Always re-read Help before you change a workflow.
First-month quota
Help Center: for the next month, dots usage will not count toward eligible Pro, Business, and Enterprise users’ plan allowances. After that period, OpenAI will share usage terms for each plan.
Separately, Introducing dots notes that conversations with a dot do not count toward ChatGPT usage limits, while tasks a dot starts in Codex or ChatGPT Work still count as usual. Plans also include an allowance for deeper work, with extended limits for the first month after launch. This site does not invent meter rates or a Dots SKU price.
